to tell them (if you follow their instructions).

Just one comment related to check by your representative. I was asked for last two digits of my mobile phone. Unfortunately I the phone number recorded on your system was an outdated number and that of my late wife! My fault so advice is to make sure you have your correct number in the system. No criticism of your man, he carried out a very satisfactory check.
