“It wasn't APH meet and greet. It was some 3rd party company I was unaware of (I have booked 3rd parties through APH before and that felt more transparent).
When we received the car back we found it had been scratched down to the metal and are refusing to accept liability.
While APH may not be directly responsible they show no care or interest in the incident and how, using this other company, may effect their future customers.”
