“It was a great service very clear and prompt, however although I didn't go for the valet service, I didn't expect my car to come back dirtier than when it left, it had clearly been parked under a tree and was sticky all over the roof and bonnet with sap and blossom. Also the driver's seat had been cranked up and not returned to position, which wasn't helpful when we were trying to leave drop off layby quickly and didn't realise until we had driven off. Other than that it was a great service”

Although on our return there was traffic congestion at the South Terminal, it was arranged to pick up the car at the North terminal with a quick trip on the shuttle”
“Fantastic service again from APH.
Waited for about 5 minutes when they collected the car from the drop off area. Upon our return, despite it being hectic due to train strikes, it was only a five minute wait again
