“I found the whole experience very good, I was travelling alone so wanted to do so as safe as possible. Was met at the drop off point all done very smoothly. On my return all was the same, car came back, keys handed over and I was on my way. Would recommend and would definitely use again.”

“I was greeted politely at the time we arrived and once the visual checks were quickly carried out on our car, we crossed the road for the arrival airport entrance in North Terminal. On our return home we called the company as we landed and our car was waiting at the pick point outside the airport at the same spot we left it. Very satisfied for their service both ways and we will certainly us this company again the in the future.”
“After arriving back from holiday we found that the seat adjustment was broken. Tried to contact Customer Service but just got an automated message. Emailed Meet and Greet and received a rather rude and insulting response. I then wrote with the response I got to APH Customer Service and didn't even receive a reply. No we will not be using this service again after many years of doing so and would not be recommending to family and friends anymore.”
