“Very good service on return smooth running but a bit of a wait to drop off and the driver rudely commented, when I anticipated collection of the ticket, that "can I finish?" which I apologised as I thought we were finished. I stepped away so my husband could complete the transaction.We had a troubled journey with road closure, wrong turning and near miss at roundabout but still arrived on time.Your driver's customer service left alot to be desired and a sour note in our overall experience of APH, which we have used consistently. The mark on friendliness reflects this.”
