“Instructions to find the collection point on departure could have been slightly clearer, but otherwise very prompt and efficient. Also would have helped to know in advance that £6 drop off charge was included in the price.”
“Our flight was cancelled for 2 days; I emailed customer services who gave me very little information.They never answered my queries or concerns. On landing; We phoned APH and the staff were very nice and sent a driver with our car (meet and greet had previously been booked). We payed the driver for the extra days parking via a card and small terminal. However we never received a receipt. (Supposed to be emailed by customer services! )Very good service but contacting customer services impossible by email. Cannot recommend APH due to this problem. Drivers were all very friendly though.”
