“The collection and return was great - my only issue was that the calendar entry sent through when the booking was made had different instructions to the actual booking. For example, calendar said to go to Orange car park, booking actually said to go to drop off point.
Aside from that, great service all round.”
“The guy that received my car was really nice and professional, really happy with drop off. when we returned a week later to meet and receive my car a different guy handed us the key and hardly said a word to us and rushed off to get in a APH car. When we got in my car it stank of cigarette smoke. Very annoying as we don’t smoke. Very disappointed as APH are usually great.”
