“Damaged my car, left us stranded at midnight with a 1 and 3 year old knowing I wouldn’t be able to drive away. When we found them back they just told me to call breakdown cover, then emailed their customer service who basically told me it’s not their problem and then ignored all further emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”
“Drop off was very good, however, we were kept waiting for our car on return, the meeting point had no shelter, it was cold & windy(just back from a hot weather holiday) and I don’t know what we could have done if it was raining.
Suggest you set up a sheltered drop off/pick up point.”
“We use Meet & Greet several times a year and the service is great but on this occassion all our dials on the car had been changed which we were not very happy about especially as our flight was delayed leaving our detination and it caused a problem with trying to sort this out. Please make a note of this as we will be using you again in July and again in September.”
