“Service was good although the person who dropped the car off simply gave me the key, took a photo of the car and got in the van and drove off. Not quite what i was expecting.”
“Not a great drop off as instructions too complicated for someone not familair with the airport and faced with multiple routes.
A simple "Right Hand Lane of the terminal Drop Off area" would have made things a lot easier to understand & help interpret lanes & signage.
That said, once we had arrived at the right location the driver was conspicuoulsy identified, provided I.D., took photographs of the vehicle and we were ready to begin our holiday. On return we were met within 5-10 minutes, the driver was friendly & courteous and we were on our way home within 5 minutes and a quick inspection of the car.”
