“Excellent and quick drop off. Pick up was slow and took 20-25 minutes for our car to be returned, when we asked why we were told it was because our car was being washed which doesn't seem like a good reason to be slow returning a car since they knew what flight we were returning on and especially since our flight was delayed. If they felt our car needed a wash because it had gotten dirty while we were away it should have been done before we arrived.”
“Met with no wait when arriving at Airport, staff member was kind, helpful, jovial and explained everything clearly. Into the departures in no time!
On our return our car arrived after one minute when reaching the pick up point, in good condition. Staff member was excellent, both happy and helpful and we were heading for home in less than five minutes!
