You just draw up, and they take your car away; come out of the terminal on returning home, and they are there with your (warmed up) car. Wonderful!”

I rang them from the baggage hall on my return and my car was delivered back to me at the Special Assistance point promptly. Both staff members were extremely kind, polite and efficient.
