“All went really smoothly until return at 5am in the morning. As directed, we telephoned APH when we collected our luggage and proceeded to outside the Premier Inn at Gatwick airport. We waited about 20 minutes and then telephoned as our car was nowhere to be seen. We were told that the driver was waiting for us! We walked quite a bit further down the road and found our car tucked in behind another car. We were very tired after a long haul overnight flight and the drivers surliness was not the customer service we should
have received”
