“I thought on arriving the people we spoke to were a bit abrupt. Everything worked out well and its conveninet. However, when we returned to Gatwick it was pouring with rain. The caller told me the car would be ready in 15 mins, sadly it was over half an hour and we stood in T shirt and shorts getting cold while we wiated under the Premier Inn cover. I had to chase meet and greet up. It may have been helpful to say there is a delay and we could have waited in the airport.”
