“Very unprofessional service.
The postcode on our information was incorrect so we couldn’t locate drop off. To then be told to go to meet n greet outside the premier inn. There was no official area. We met the bloke there who approached us moaning he’d been there ages and was freezing. Said guy on phone should have directed us and was a ‘ numpty’ . Very unprofessional and rude!
Then on collection we were left waiting in freezing temperature and when a man finally arrived he didn’t even speak to us. Gave me keys and walked off. I was shocked how rude and unprofessional the whole service was.
I did meet and greet at Stansted in the summer and they scanned the car and checked us in and it was very professional and friendly.”
