“Arrival handled fine.However return not good.Took ages for somebody to answer phone,even though message told me I was number 1 in the queue.When answered lots of background noise on the line,plus when your operative was trying to communicate with me there was a beeping on the line.When I told him what was happening his attitude was that I was imaging things.We had to wait approximately 20 minutes for our car to arrive,which is definitely too long,particularly when your description states Car will be waiting for you.Shame really because I have used you in the past and the service was much better.”
“Only a short wait on arrival but instructions clear and well organised. Coming back we arrived at a different terminal but there was no issue - again instructions clear and efficient.”
