“Phoned 10 mins before arrival and was given instructions, friendly guy on the phone repeated instructions as they were a lot to remember. Had to phone a couple of times to check we were in the right place - probably just us not being very good at following directions!
On return we were earlier than expected. It was explained that we may have a short wait, again the instructions given were clear. Anyone who spoke to us was polite and friendly.”
“Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and the our car was outside when we returned. Drivers were courteous and there was no waiting around just what you want when returning from your holidays. Definitely be using APH again.”
