“Drop off worked perfect! On return however had to wait on the phone to get connected to advise of my arrival (approx 10 minutes) and then for over 40 minutes for my car to arrive (due to lack of drivers apparently). Was expecting to be able to walk straight out of the terminal to my awaiting car.”
“Steve and his team of meet and greet agents were fanstastic. They gave clear instructions on where to meet at the airport and where waiting for me on arrival right next to the terminal.
