“Was a little difficult to work out exactly where we needed to be initially but once we found it everything was so easy. Would definitely use it again.”
“On arrival at Gatwick North I called the given number to notify you of my arrival, we landed at 04.30 so the airport was empty with no customs on duty to go through. I was told to call back once I had collected my luggage, which I did with in about 5 minutes.
I tried to give as much notice as possible to speed up the process, but NO we had to wait at least 15 minutes in the freezing cold I was not happy!
And was told that ice had to be scrapped of the car surely this should gave been anticipated? I'm sure you must monitor the plane arrivals?
I've used APH for years and this trips service to me was the worst I'd experienced.
When I've used meet and greet in the past the location of the drop off and collection point was do much better!!”
“We had a booking for 3 cars. The drop off process was great and went very smoothly.
However, on collection we had to wait 45 minutes for one of the cars. When I called to let the staff know we had collected our luggage, he told me that we had booked the cars for collection at different times - this was not true as all 3 cars were booked under the same booking at the same time. After waiting about 10 minutes, 2 of our cars arrived and we were told it was difficult as they were blocked in the car park by other cars. It then took 45 minutes for the third car to arrive - in the meantime staff arrived twice with a different car that they said was ours even though it wasn't. I don't know why this happened given the booking had our correct registration numbers for all 3 cars.”
