“Actually inclined to post this review as very impressed with service. Greeters in place on arrival, efficient hand over and inspection of vehicle, clear return instructions, and car waiting for us on return. Will use again.”
“Our departure flight was easy and the person who met us was great. Unfortunately on our return we followed all the instructions but still had to wait outside for 20 minutes with two young children for our car at 11.00pm. The person who dropped our car off was very abrupt and unpleasant and the telephone operators need some customer service training.”
