“Very efficient drop off and pick up. Really friendly staff. Only had to wait a few minutes for collection after calling them once bags collected. Got a good deal with Tesco Clubcard. Travelling with young children it was much easier than off airport parking.”
“Phone answered quickly at drop off and pick up, clear instructions, waited a bit for collection however our flight had been delayed and it was pouring down with rain! Liked not having to go upto the top of the carpark, we picked up and dropped off at premierinn so literally just crossed road to entrange. Staff knew what they were doing and were reasonably friendly.Car returned in good condition.”
“The promptness of service and convenience was great, however, I was not impressed with the state of my car when it was returned, it was absolutely filthy and had copious amounts of bird pooh on it.
This was my first time using meet and greet but have used APH parking on many occasions and have never returned to find my car in such a state. It’s a shame really but I probably wouldn’t use the meet and greet again for this reason, especially after being charged £10 for over running our time due to our flight being delayed!!”
