Met us within 10 minutes of calling to say for them to pick up our car. Plus the same on them bringing our car back to us when we returned back to UK. Very friendly staff”
“It was very easy to meet the Staff at Gatwick when dropping off the car, very quick and simple, easy to find when arriving at the airport, member of staff was very helpful and explained the procedure very clearly.
However on the way back we landed at Gatwick nearly an hour late and were very tired. I called the number when I got to collect luggage and was told to call when we left Customs, so this I did. we went to the same place to meet the driver expecting him to already be there, unfortunately we had to stand in the cold for nearly 20 minutes before he turned up with my car. it was after midnight and just wanted to get home, I have booked again for my August holiday, I am hoping I will have a better experience on this occasion. I thought the whole idea was that the car would be waiting for us when we got out to the collection point. I could have just booked the drop off at the car park for the time I waited. apologies for the moan.”
“At first I thought the cost to park was a bit costly. However I was impressed with the level of service, I received from the phone operator giving me instruction how to approach South Terminal into the correct lane & parking in the correct area. I was met by an employee of APH, he was polite, assured my car will be safe in their hands, pre-checked my car & videoed the car.
On my return I called as instructed. My car was ready to collect. I was traveling with a disabled person so it was comforting that all was well orchestrated. I'll highly recommend APH. Thank you.”
“We were a family group with two cars. Met on arrival with little waiting around and issued instructions for return.
Phoned on return when through customs and we waited maybe 10 minutes maximum for cars to arrive.
Given we had a baby in a pram and all the usual bags with extra baby stuff, much preferred to use teh "Meet & Greet" service on this occasion.
