“Myself and my partner waited over an hour for our car to be dropped off on our return! Several phone calls and lots of excuses didn't cut it I'm afraid! Disgraceful service. I will be making a formal complaint ASAP..”
“While we waited a short time at drop off for our driver, it was acceptable at less thans 10 mins. However for collection on our return we waited for over 40 mins for our car to be returned. Our flight had been delayed over an hour and this may have put us at a busier time. The flight delay plus the wait for the car ment we ended up travelling in the evening rush hour which was frustrating.”
