“waiting for the car to be taken was over 15 mins and the same on returning my car
the car was returned covered in birds mess and no help from the greet and meet driver who could barely speak inglish”
“Problems with initial booking. Money taken from my bank account but no booking confirmation. Phoned numerous times to resolve. On return had to wait approximately 25 minutes for my car after phoning to say I had got my luggage. I might have just as well got park and ride and saved some money.”
