“Open collection, my tyre was showing very low tyre pressure indicating a puncture, I raised the concern with the attendant who dropped the car back as there was no issues with my tyres when I dropped the car off.
The way the attendents reacted was very unprofessional, rude and almost bully like. Said it was not their problem and to move the car, I asked if they had a pump I could use and they said take my car to a garage. I was with my wife and 2 children, I did not appreciate the way all the attendents gathered around with their rude nature.
The way they spoke to me was very unprofessional as I was only asking what happened to my car.”
