“I waited 40–45 minutes for my car to be collected, despite calling 20 minutes before my arrival. The return journey was just as bad; I waited another 45 minutes after collecting my bags. It was a freezing winter night at 11 PM, making the delay even more unacceptable. This is poor service and should be renamed 'Wait and Meet' rather than 'Meet and Greet'."”
“Whilst our drop was satisfactory the return of our car was not. Having rung APH as instructed we were told to proceed to the meeting point immediately. The temperature outside was minus one. We waited for 45 minutes for our car to be brought to us, having rung twice and seeing others receive their cars from APH. No explanation, no apology, no call to say the car would be a while so to wait inside the airport. Very poor service .”
