Fantastic service and great price. We called 10 minutes before arrival and they were there waiting for us and same on our retune journey from our holiday, very friendly and helpful staff.

We booked M&G, called APH 10 mins prior to arrival at Airport. Staff arrived same time, no issues. On return trip, called APH just after we picked up our luggage, went to the meeting point, vehicle turned up 5 minutes later. Excellent service will use them again. Staff were very helpfull. I would suggest that you check when doing the booking if the Drop off charges for the airport is covered in your booking.

The service was excellent from start to finish on arriving back to Gatwick we was told 12mins and our car will be dropped off it was 22 mins once it arrived which wasn’t a huge issue but once you get to going home we all want it asap but I would definitely use service again

Had to wait 5-10 mins when we dropped off car & again when we arrived back despite ringing exactly when we were told but otherwise an efficient and friendly service . Car had obviously been parked under a tree but they had put a jet wash over it to get worse off. However at 4am on way out and 11.30pm on way back it was so easy not to have to walk or get a bus anywhere

This service is not the best, but not the worst out there, focus on customer service is a must. On arrival, even though I called to say when 10 minutes away, I was questioned on my whereabouts. The suggestion was I would be more than 10 minutes which I wasn’t and had to wait a further 15 minutes in the cold, a solo female driver. This unfortunately was the same on my return from my journey, solo female, 15-20 minute wait. This was the second booking with you and been slightly disappointed both time. Can not even blame it on a busy school holiday period/ busy daytime period. I was expecting a little more from your customer service. The guys first time fantastic but upset my child isofix car seat had been removed and questioned the reason, this time the chaps were not great and slower service.
