“We have used meet and greet several times and this was the worst experience we have had. First issue we had was the instructions failed to say that we had to ring them on our way to drop off. My husband parked up and was ignored for quite a while. Then when we landed we followed the instructions to only contact when we were out of security. However a lot of The roads around Gatwick were closed due to roadworks and therefore it took a lot longer to get the car. Knowing this extended wait time, I would have expected the normal rule and contact time to have changed to allow for this. It wasn’t. So my children and I were stood at 1030pm in January for 45 minutes waiting for our car to be returned.”

Drop off instructions also said to park at ‘approved operator’ bays. No bays are labelled as such- needs to be clearer.”
