“Very efficient fast service would do this every trip. However disappointing to find our seats had all been readjusted & the heat warmer left on & heaters blasting out at 29!!!! Could your drivers pls not use all these settings. You start a long tired drive home trying to sort it all out.”

“I have been sent this survey despite the fact I did not use their service. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we had to change our holiday by a week. Despite being a loyal customer of APH for many, many years they were not prepared to give any leeway on whether we could move our booking to the following week. We were slightly out of time under the flexi conditions but I still feel that they could have done something to help. As far as APH are concerned they are only bothered about money and NOT their customers. I will never use them again.”
