“The APH meet and greet service is great, very relaible and slick: 100% recommend...However, do not spend on the wash and valet service at £40: we were seriously disappointed with the quality of the clean, the glass was smeary and in places untouched, they left a dirty cloth in the car and the interior trim has not been touched (i.e. door handles etc). A shame as it taints the overall view of the service - and they are actually a subcontractor to APH.”

“I had to phone four times and wait 28 minutes for the driver to collect my car. Very disappointing. I was travelling alone and really worried what to do if no one showed up. I wouldn’t bother another time. Having said that the way back was much better and just a five minute wait. Another time I will just use the car park and bus option.”
