“Worse service I have ever had from a meet and greet , advised to call after collecting our luggage which was a huge mistake ! Was told would be 20 min wait ! This was 11.30 in the evening its was minus 5 outside waiting x chased again after the 20 mins and could see our car was still park on the side of the road 3 miles 2 miles away ! Our app shows us where are car had been parked not once was it in a secure car park all week ! Finally car was brought to use after 47 mins will never use them again ! Meet and greet its was definitely NOT ! Car was moved at least 3 times in the week whe it should have been somewhere secure !!
