“The postcode for directions is wrong for the South Terminal takes you to North Terminal cargo. When we called to let you know we were 10 minutes away from Gatwick the directions given of which lane to go in were also wrong! We ended up having to come back out and round the roundabout again. When arriving back from our holiday I called when we got to luggage collection as instructed and was abruptly told I should have called when got our luggage, so again wrong information was given to us! Overall not impressed by the service the information needs to be correct post codes and where to drive especially!”
“Excellent service. Friendly, professional, polite staff, helped with luggage and very quick to collect and return vehicle. We were a family of three adults and 2 children aged 6 & 5 and they even took the time to talk to the children. Would definitely recommend.”
