“It transpires that APH are a broker for 'I love meet and greet', a company I have used before with poor results hence returning to APH meet and greet.
After landing at Gatwick to pick up my car, I noticed a rear tyre was quite flat and when I asked the driver if he had checked the car before driving to the airport, he replied there are no warning lights on the dash, I informed him it is a 15 years old car and does not have such equipment and should have done a visual check to which he replied, "we do not do that".
This was at 1 am in the morning and minus 2 degrees and had to find a garage open, the first 2 were closed and the 3rd was not operating the tyre compressor machine. When I eventually found a garage open, the tyre pressure read just under 10psi which alarmingly both illegal and dangerous!
I informed APH of my finding only to be told to contact 'I love meet and greet' as APH is only a broker, so I feel a bit palmed off.”

“Very good and efficient service. Incredibly useful to begin and end a holiday without the stress of the parking followed by bus scenario. It may sound petty but the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my car returned with lots of bird mess on it, suggesting that it was kept under a tree. No biggie but maybe an extra opportunity would be an outside clean as part of the service (for a small additional cost) before the car is returned. Food for thought.”
