“So easy to do. Straight forward dropping off met by a polite and friendly guy. Was a quick and easy hand over. Picking up was the the same waited no more than 2mins from phoning. Definitely use APH again.”
“Stood in cold waiting for arrival of our car from meet and greet normally this is not what happens, in the past was always prompt. And when driver was questioned he had an attitude as it was not his fault, you provide a service at least have the decency to appolagies rather then answer back, I was very polite I expect the same in return

“Usied Meet & Greet a couple of times always a good service but on this occasion I made a mistake and booked Meet & Greet Forecourt was a bit confusing to drop car off.
We ended up driving around the drop off point 3 times and then ended up having to call them.
Collection was ok luckily it wasn't raining wait time 5/10 minutes. Would I use again maybe but prefer to drop off in car park 5”
