“We have been using meet and greet for a few times now, but have noticed the last couple of times the pick ups at the end of the holiday have been rather dragged out, very easy process by simply calling the number given at time of drop off once you have collected your bags. We were told it would take around 10 to 15mins for the car to be dropped off, this gave us plenty of time to walk out and back down to the drop off area, we even went to M&S and bought some supplies, thinking the car would be nearly there or already there, sadly no! It took another half hour before our car was finally delivered. There was another customer who had been waiting longer than us, do not sure why it took so long.
My car app showed my car stayed in 2 locations during our 7 day holiday but looked like proper car parks, the later one was only 1 mile from the airport. Overall the staff are friendly and polite, and was cheaper this time round compared to parking.”
“Changed vehicle to a different one on the booking and they still had the old one on the system. Chap was confused.
On return had to wait over 45 minutes for the car to return to the car park. Not what you want at midnight! Hardly meet and greet.”
“Drop off was easy enough. On return we had to wait 55 minutes in arrivals until the car turned up. Paid extra money for this and could have been way down the road if we had parked In a normal car park. When you have 5 very tired people and have to wait that long it was very frustrating.”
