“Very happy with the arrival process and tyhe speed in which the driver arrived to collect the car.Slightly disappointed with the pick up however. Phoned the company as directed when we picked up our luggage but got no answer from when we left the baggage hall until we were standing at the drop off point. Waited a further 15 minutes (ish), outside in the cold. My wife was not allowed to get in the car for a further 3 or 4 minutes until the representative took a host of photos of the car. Whilst I fully accept it is 100% necessary to ensure the car was satisfactory, my wife could have sat in the car whilst this process took place.”

“Firstly I had to wait for 15mins for the driver only to realise he was standing in front of me and didnt approach my car. Common sense was not common at this point for him as I had approach him and ask if he was named person when he had the device in a his hand and surely should have been my number plate
Upon return had to wait 25mins for my car to be returned. My flight was 30min delayed but got the excuse of ‘well it was your flight delayed so the drivers are busy’
So as much as it was convenient to drop off and pick up and terminal the arrangements took longer than expected”
