“I am saying yes I would recommend as I don’t want to judge this on my first time.
The post code I got sent was not correct to where you drop the car off, once I spoke to someone they redirected me. Car drop off was then fine.
Pick car up - the number I had would not connect so had to try around six times before I got through only to be then told I would have to wait 20 minutes as they were really busy - although only one car was dropped off while we waited in the cold. When I complained about waiting so long I was told to send an email about this!!!!
I do want to give this another go as I though it would be easier than the other APH car parks that we normally use.”
“Even though I have used this service before which was very good, this time around we did have to wait nearly 25min for our car.
However I hope this was just due to late night flight time and staffing. I would use again hoping that this was a one off.”
