Perfect for dropping off the night before an early departure at North terminal. However Sunday return was less than good. We waited ages for the phone to be answered then the "about 15 minute wait" turned into 35 mins in the cold and pouring rain. The person I spoke to was very apologetic however we would have been quicker to get a shuttle to long term parking.

I thought the Gatwick Airport meet and greet was absolutely fantastic. First time I’ve ever done it and I will certainly do it again the men will pick my car up and dropped it off were brilliant very very nice thank you very much. See you soon. Cheers Reg

Excellent customer service, driver was ready to grab the car when we reached airport and same was the case when we landed back. I will definitely recommend APH Gatwick Meet & Greet.

I use APH a number of times a year. Always great service. The car drivers are really friendly even at 3am!! My car is always in pristine condition when returned.

sadly my recent experience has led to the poor rating. I fully accept that our arrival was early and we did not phone ahead. We did not realise that it had changed hughly from our previous experience. We did not find anyone waiting to greet us but we did speak once we got there but the instructions did not specify exactly where we were supposed to wait, mindful that all the notices warn about not stopping. Return well phone went unanswered for at least 5 minutes and we were first in queue. Then told to ring again once through customs with cases. We did as told and then waited approx. 20 minutes for car to arrive. So not impressed which is sad because we have backed APH in votes because service has been good. Sadly not this time.
