“Drop off was fine, but had to wait 25 mins on return, despite the instructions advising car would be waiting upon return. The operator said they were busy but we were the only one’s waiting at 23:45!…no apology when driver returned with car…will try another provider next time.”
“Unfortunately, my brand new car was waiting for me outside the terminal with significant bird droppings and a blanket of heavy dust. When I challenged this, the operative said that I had paid for parking - not for cleaning.”
“Very prompt service, my only negative was my steering wheel smelt very strongly of cigarettes.
Being an asthmatic and non smoker this was not pleasant for the drive home and was noticeable even for the passenger. Maybe staff should wash hands before dropping cars to and from.”
