“I have used APH many times and have always been very pleased with the service. i chose the Meet & Greet this time, as i had to be at the airport for 4am. The first thing to say is the booking summary clearly states that the booking is with APH M&G. It turns out when reading through the confirmation, that in fact, APH contract it out to ILM&G. However, to be fair, there was no issue with the drop off of the car, although it's a little unclear where to meet the driver(in this case outside Premier Inn at North Terminal) For the return, the confirmation clearly states ring after collecting bags and that the car would be waiting for me. When i got to the collection point, there was no car! I had to wait 15 minutes for it to appear. Luckily it was dry, but it wouldn't have been pleasant waiting in the rain. Maybe i was unlucky this time, but APH should make it clear on the first page that they're not providing the service, but ILM&G are.”
