“This was our first time using meet and greet, previously we have used park and ride. On all occasions the service has been great. This occasion we used meet and greet, everything about the surface was great, calling 10 mins before arriving to the airport some was ready to collect the car, the driver was really friendly. On return we contacted APH after collecting our bags and the driver was waiting outside to hand back the car.

“Good value for money. Staff collecting and bringing the car were friendly. Staff on the phone on dropping off my car was very rude, arrogant, defensive and providing wrong communication. It will help if the dropping off information on the sheet was more thorough as you need to know the exact spot and lane from the guy on the phone especially if you are not familiar with Gatwick”
