“Previous expereince with APH had been good with car drop-off in the short term car park and pick-up at a similar point.. However, on the most recent usage (this month at Gatwick South) things were different. We were instructed to drive to the roadisde drop-off point and wait there (confuring, cold). Similarly, we had to drag our luggage to a roadise pick-up point when arriing back. Thankfully, the drop-off and colledtion were prompt, but when we qeried these arrangements with the staff member involved he said that APH was just a 'middle-man' and did not actually run any operations - and so it depended upon which actual operator APH was using at that location at that time.”

I’m sorry to hear that your recent experience at Gatwick South differed from your previous visits and caused some confusion, particularly around the roadside drop-off and collection arrangements. I completely understand how this would feel inconvenient, especially when travelling with luggage and in colder conditions.
APH does work with a network of trusted service providers at certain locations; however, in this instance, the car park you booked is an APH-owned and operated facility. While we aim to maintain consistent procedures across all our sites, there can occasionally be slight variations in how services are delivered. That said, we appreciate that consistency is important, and your comments regarding the change in process and how this was communicated are really valuable.
I’m pleased to hear that the drop-off and collection themselves were handled promptly, but I’m sorry the overall experience didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. Your feedback will be shared internally and with the relevant team to help improve clarity and service going forward.

“This is the second time using this Meet and Greet service and both times have been good - last time we had a longer wait time for pickup (15 mins) and collection (15 mins). This time I had an early morning drop off and a late evening pick up - both drop off and collection went very smoothly with a very short wait time - 5 mins. Just about to book it again!”
