“When I called to collect my car. I was told it would be 20mins due to road closure, but it was at least 40mins before the driver arrived with my car.”
“Everything about this parking worked well. My phone call when 20 minutes away was answered promptly. The meet and drop point was esy to find. there was no extra charge for using the drop point. The handover was quick. The driver was helpful and courteous. Pick up was easy and swift. I will use again.”
“I only ever use meet and greet at all airports. This time round my PA booked APH and I have to say the experience was awful. The instructions that they provided was not clear. There was no signage to follow. And when you call you just get shrugged off. After circling Gatwick multiple times the barrier control people stopped me and directed me to the correct spot. But even when I got to the spot it was not obvious as it’s just a random lay-by with no signs.”
