“This was my first experience using APH Gatwick Meet & Greet. I found it helpful, although not very different from booking a parking space on your own. The main advantage for me was the cheaper price when I booked.The drop-off and return process went smoothly. Thanks to the courteous service and the staff who took care of my car — everything worked well and professionally.
My only concern is about the amendment policy. It clearly states that you can amend your booking up to 24/48 hours before (I don’t remember the exact timeframe). However, I booked around 6–7 months in advance, and my flight later changed terminal and time. Since this wasn’t my fault, I thought I would be allowed to amend the booking without any extra fee. Unfortunately, I had to pay an additional £30–£35, which I wasn’t expecting.
In my opinion, this policy should be explained more clearly to customers at the time of booking.
Overall, everything else was good and the service was satisfactory.”
