“I understood that the vehicle was going to be parked off sight however I have an electric vehicle that had 120 miles charge left on when I handed it over. It was returned to me with 6 miles charge left. The returning driver simply stated "you will need to charge this ASAP. There is a charging station at the South terminal". I would have been cheaper leaving the vehicle in the long stay car park. The idea of the meet and greet was to facilitate a quick departure but this was not possible due to having to charge the car. I plan my trip and miles accordingly. This service is clearly not suitable for electric vehicles”

“Everything worked perfectly. Someone was waiting when we arrived at Gatwick and dealt with handover quickly and efficiently. On our return the car was waiting when we exited the terminal. Staff were friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. We would not use any one else. Thank you APH Gatwick.”
