Drop-off was straightforward, and the member of staff who took possession of our car was really friendly, professional and humorous, which was the completely right tone for the start of our holiday. I left the car feeling very confident that it was in safe hands.
Pick-up was great; our flight was delayed, and it went to the other terminal. When I called them (whilst collecting our baggage), they said they would meet us at the terminal we were at and gave very detailed instructions of where to find them. Again, the member of staff was brilliant; despite him probably being tired as we had such a late flight in the end, he was funny, kind and very professional. I can't fault the service, communication or customer service. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will use them myself again.”
“Booked with APH but wasnt the company name that collected our, went to APH desk also called for collection of car, was told nothing to do with them extremely unhelpful and rude. Had to ask numerous people from other drop off companies to help us. Not ideal going from place to place with cases and a wheel chair”
