“A very smooth service - the directions given over the phone could perhaps have been a bit simpler but we know the airport so found that fine. There was a person ready to collect the car who gave us a token to release the luggage trolleys (a lovely touch). On the way home a driver was there on time in the same place. Faultless service.”
“I was not aware that I had to ring ten minutes before I arrived it was not on the paper work also on my return I rang ten minutes at baggage claim and because I had airport assistance it would only take me a few minutes to get to pick up point sow I had to wait in the cold”
“Easy to book. The instructions for dropping the car off were clear and direct. However had to wait longer than expected for someone to arrive and take the car.
Had to wait even longer when returning to have the car delivered. Which at 10.30 on a cold November night was not ideal. I chose the meet and greet for the ease and speed of drop of and collection but that did not happen. The staff were friendly.”
