Customer service not great. Contacted them regarding NHS discount but not help. How hard can it be to deduct the discount out of my order and refund it? Well for Anorak cousumer service impossible.”

We did explain that we are very happy to offer NHS staff a special discount code but this can only be used in isolation from other codes. Because you had already applied another discount code to your order, the NHS code could not retrospectively be added. You are very welcome to return the unused items for a full refund and use the NHS code next time.
