“This is labeled as frankincense oil but I got lemon essential oil, has a yellow colour and lemon scent definitely not frankincense oil. also some of the 50ml bottles of essential oils I ordered are filled barely up to the neck and others are filled to the end of the neck, I don't know which is correct measure. Overall not very happy with order this time especially paying for an expensive oil like frankincense and receiving lemon oil.”

Dear lady, Thank you for your message, we apologies for the wrong oil you have received, these are made in batches of 18 and we have had no other complaints about the wrong oil being bottled. The oil should be filled under the neck this is a term called ullage and is for transportation of the oil, mainly for air transportation for when it expands if the bottle is filled to much and no space is left then this can cause it to break. We normally ask for the oil to be returned to us for testing however as we do not want to inconvenience you I have credited your account for the wrong oil. If you have any further discrepancies then please notify us within 3 business days of you receiving your order and we can sort this out for you. “Very good quality essential oils, especially for the wholesale cost. I use them with my business as a therapist. So good to get 50ml sizes too as they last longer, and I use them in my home for cleaning, a drop or two in a spray bottle, deoderizing fragrance in rooms.”
