“The entire order was made based on receiving the bamboo bags as I can get the other goods from other places. I was extremely disappointed that they were out of stock but you did not tell me until the other goods were dispatched. I would have cancelled the whole order had I known. I still need the bamboo bags and would appreciate your sending them to me when they are back in stock...... on free delivery considering the circumstances”
