“couldn't really get on with this soap cutter I fount the part that fits into your hand really thin in size which felt uncomfortable when pushing down on it leaving a large mark in the palm of my hand. also I noticed that the guiding slits or slots to each side were not really lined up properly when the blade was in it making more of a Jamming sensation than a cutting motion. I ended up cutting our soaps with a large kitchen knife instead after placing the soap into the cutter marking the soap portion then removing it to finally be cut with my knife.. for me this item is the very first time I can honestly say something negative about ..shame!”

Hello, Thank you fo ryour message and your feedback. I find the part that sits in your palm a little thin as well. Whenever I use this cutter I fold a towel on top of the edge and press on with that. I will pass this feedback to the manufacturers so we can see if there is away of making the blade handle wider. Hello, thank you for your message and the feedback. The oats do make this soap a little harder than the others. What helps is to make sure the soap is of a room temperature and not very cold as this makes the base a little softer. You can also put the blade in hot water for a few seconds and then wipe it dry and try with a warm blade - this will help get through the oars and the soap base easier.
