“Some of the soap loaves started having a horrible smell after just a few months despite the fact that they were kept in suitable conditions. We spoke to them and returned a slice of each of these soaps and they just said that they were fine and didn't want to listen to us. We wouldn't complain about something if it was our fault/just to get our money back or anything like that, the soaps really did smell terrible, some of them like nail polish remover. This is definitely not the smell that it had when we received them. We're very disappointed with the customer service, we only ordered once and they messed up so many things about the order and some of the things are still online when actually they are out of stock, so all they do is give you shop credit. Which is not worth much unless you want make a large order, to avoid shipping & admin fees. All in all, some of the products are lovely and worth the money but some of them are pretty awful and cheap looking, and the customer service is just terrible. There are better wholesellers out there.”
