Read AnatomyStuff Reviews

This version of our bestselling half life-size plastic skeleton has painted muscle origins and insertions, ideal for combined teaching of the muscular and skeletal systems where space is limited. The 85cm tall skeleton with muscle markings represents the 200 bones that make up the human skeletal system, and the limbs can be moved to show an approximation of joint articulation. The right hand side of the model shows muscle origins and insertions using colour-coding, and the parts are numbered for easy identification on the key provided. The skull features a movable jaw and a removable calvarium (top of skull), and the legs can be removed for study or easy transport of the skeleton. This desktop skeleton with muscles is easily assembled without the use of tools, and can be removed from the stand if required. A hard wearing and washable reduced size skeleton model, ideal for schools, clinics and for introductory anatomy demonstrations. A stand is included.
