“I took a few months to purchase this product, but eventually thought it best and worth the investment as Mum was getting confused and frustrated with her tablets. Just a couple of things that I found and have been unable to use it now. The selling point is the alarm , the reminder, the fact you can't get it wrong, this is all easy to set up and no doubt works very well, but please bear in mind you have to 'tip this up' to stop the alarm. A simple task you may say but try explaining that to someone who is struggling, also as and when they 'tip it up' the pills could go anywhere !! Just something to bear in mind depending on the capability of the person you are trying to help. I now use it as a lockable dispenser that my mum cannot access and between us all we know what she has had and when so very useful for us from this point of view.”

“This is working great!!! It is an excellent value for the money; there are much more expensive ones on the market. I have been impressed with how long the batteries last (if you aren't there to get the meds out of it when it alarms, and it will alarm for 30 minutes or so, which has happened several times in my case, and the batteries have not worn out yet). It has 3 different tones to choose from for the alarm, and the man I bought it for was only able to hear 1 of them. And he does wish that one could be louder. He mostly relies on the red indicator light to tell him when he needs to take it. The paper disk inside that has the days of the week does not stay in place, so I learned it was easier to fill if I attached the paper disk to the device by some folded tape on the backside of it. It was a little confusing to figure out how to program, but I would definitely recommend this product.”

“I thought this product would be good for my mum who is suffering from Alzheimer's but she panics when alarm goes off and took the batteries out. After I reset it she managed to empty all the tablets out (even though I had locked it) so I reset it and reloaded it again. Hopefully with repetition she will realise that she just has to tip it up to get tablets and stop alarm. We will persevere as I think long term it will be god for her.”
