“This is placed to detect and deter my mother with dementia and fall risk from climbing stairs, now she lives on the ground floor. I have recorded my voice telling her to go downstairs. I think the surprise would deter her immediately! An economical and very helpful purchase that stops me worrying at night or if I am out.”

“Very impressed with sensor good clear recording. I placed on a table next to front door and it picks up movement when you go by the door which is exactly what I wanted to remind my husband where I had gone as he's asleep most of the day then wakes and forgets where I said I was going. To stop sliding the switch down which deletes the message I put a tiny bit of blue tack to stop this happening. You can change the message but I keep the same one so it depends on one's circumstances. Excellent value for money and delivery came before the expected date.”

“The product does what it is designed to, and records and plays back clearly, being activated by motion, as anticipated. However, we have not yet been able to install the product, as this was intended for nighttime use on a 24 hour timer, to remind not to go out in the dark. It won’t do timed operation without a 6 volt adaptor, which is not supplied, or a time switch.”

“Feels a little cheap but doesn’t matter as there aren’t many functions and once it’s up the only moving parts are the buttons. Bought it to remind my Mum not to go out unaccompanied.Remarkably simple to use; couple of small points 1. It records at a high level - I had to record my message from the other side of the room and it a soft voice 2. Be careful turning off and don’t push the button too far thus deleting the message and necessitating re-recording.3. It can be turned off and so you may need to put it somewhere where visitors can reach it but the patient can’t, in my case I can reach it but my Mum can’t . My mother is reassured that it is the voice of someone she knows and actually is amused by it. A very good purchase - very happy with it.”
