“The locator was good in my mothers handbag but we put one on her stick and this keep going off randomly and was annoying my mother . So that didnt work so well”

Thank you for your feedback. This issue can sometimes be caused by low batteries and we would recommend trying new batteries in the locator fob, if that doesn't fix the issue then it may be a faulty locator. In which case we would advise that our customer contacts us so we can arrange a return/replacement for them.

“The Smartfinder works great. My elderly mother who has dementia can never find her keys or purse so we attached a fob to each. Although she is unable to hear the audible alarm, the family or the care staff can hear it and locate her items.”
