We're sorry to hear that our customer thought the Twiddle Pup was expensive. We do try to keep our pricing as low as possible. We remain very price competitive in our market sector and our profit margins are extremely low. We are similarly priced or less expensive on many items compared to other retailers selling the same products.

“This Twiddle pup is lovely and very well made. My father has Alzheimer's and has developed a habit of pulling at his eye, I'm hoping having this on his knee will distract him. So far some days it has worked others he doesn't remember what it's for so needs reminding. He likes the stress ball best and using the pup like a puppet.”

“My mum has dementia, bought this because she is very agitated, she pulled the beads and other bits off and tried to swallow them. Also she managed to pull the head off. Became quite dangerous for my mum.”

We are sorry to hear that our customer had a bad experience with the Twiddle Pup. People react differently to different products so choosing the right product is therefore not always an easy task. The products you purchase should suit the individual and their situation. This issue has now been resolved with the customer.
