“Slightly disappointed considering the cost. Bought as a Christmas present so not yet seen by recipient. Photo shows head up but it is actually quite floppy. Not sure about quality, just hope it lasts. Hmmm.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with the price of the product. We do try to keep our pricing as low as possible, we remain very price competitive in our market sector and our profit margins are extremely low. We are similarly priced or less expensive on many items compared to other retailers selling the same products. The product in question was created with input from occupational and physical therapists specifically for people with dementia and is imported from the USA. We are currently offering the product at £5 below RRP and we are also currently at the lowest price we can find online. We do always try to remain price competitive and are always adjusting our prices to ensure our customers receive the best prices available.

“I ordered this product for my mother (95 yrs, Alzheimer-type dementia) in her Care Home, and haven't see it personally. But staff tell me that she was thrilled to open it in Christmas Day, and wouldn't let it out of her sight! Many thanks to AlzProducts for an out out of the ordinary present.”
