“As the owner of a Westie, this puppy did not quite meet expectations but the thought behind it is good. The purring sound is not relaxing and needs the battery removed to silence it. We really wanted to love it.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with their pet. Unfortunately, the Petzzz do not come with an on/off button. We advise to all of our customers, that if a product they have purchased is not suitable, then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy.

“I bought this puppy for my mum who lives alone..her lovely neighbours with dogs are moving away.She doesn't have dementia but is lonely The dog now called Leo was very well received.It breathes and makes a realistic dog breathing noise.My dog was slightly perturbed by it so it seems even he thought ot was realistic. Lovely one.. not for cuddling as hard but just for another breathing creature for company”

“Lovely little breathing motion Westie. Mum did think it was a cat, but probably because it is smaller in size. She does find comfort in stroking it or just resting her hand on it. As she cant have her own pet on her bed, this is an ideal size.”
