“Jack (as we've very imaginatively named him) the Jack Russell Therapy Pet is super cute and most (not all) of our staff and residents love him. He breathes when you stroke him and makes a soft snoring noise. One negative about him is his hard ears! It would be even better if they were soft and floppy.”
