“I loved th,e puppy I bought it was very life like and very sweet. I will buy a second one shortly for a cousin who has dementia, she will love it. The puppy breaths and makes a little breathing noise it is adorable.”

With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

“Customer Service and delivery excellent, can not fault at all, however not overly impressed with product. I was expecting it to be very soft however fur is quite wirey feeling. There is also quite alot of visible yellow glue on the white fur. Had this of not been a Xmas present I may of considering returning it”

The glue is a known, but thankfully rare, manufacturing fault and we're always happy to provide a free return/replacement service with a very fast turnaround when this occurs.
