“Not cuddly enough, would be much better to have a soft toy cat ( which I bought instead) with a battery in to make it purr and breathe. They just need something to cuddle and talk to.”

We are sorry to hear that our customer is not happy with their purchase. With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer has now requested.

“This is an odd review in a way, because I haven't seen this kitten - it was sent directly to my mother in her care home. But I had a happy phone call where she couldn't stop saying how wonderful it was and how real it was! She told me word spread around the home on Christmas Day, and staff and residents kept dropping in to see it and "everyone said it's amazing! I just love it so much". This was the best present I came up with the Christmas! And AlzProducts are a fantastic company to deal with.”

“I love my cat. I lost my cat recently and my sister got me this to comfort me. As I am disabled and spend a lot of time in bed I love the feel of the gentle breathing and purring as it reminds me of my real cat”

“The kitten I ordered was a gift for my mother. The quality was better than I expected, it had a good weight and the breathing action was subtle. I’m sure it will prove soothing for her as I really enjoyed stroking it, in fact I may have to order one for me too!”
