“Arrived quickly with an easy to activate battery. I could tell that my Dad really liked it by the way he cuddled it! Unhappily the collar had come off by the next day and I couldn't reattach it.”

“The handle of the cat travel box broke when I pulled it out of its packaging. The fur covering the battery compartment wasn't finished so ripped. There is no off switch for the purring so it on continuously?? I think that is strange. The quality was not as good as I expected.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with their pet. We have contacted our customer and believe that the issue with the fur may have been caused by a fault during manufacturing and have offered a replacement free of charge. We've also explained that the retail box that the pet is supplied with can be used with a handle, however, we do not recommend this as it can be delicate. Unfortunately none of the petzzz come with an on/off switch. If there's anything else we can help with our customer service team are always happy to help.

“I didn’t know whether this would be a suitable purchase for my Mother, having read some reviews, however, she loves having the ‘kitten’ around and it now sits next to her chair, where she often strokes it (as do the family when they walk past!). The body and head are a little hard, so it’s unsuitable for cuddling. The breathing is quite realistic, but you have to have reasonable hearing to hear the purring. Mum can’t hear it, but can feel and watch it. Mum has middle to late stage dementia, so presents are always a bit hit and miss. Glad to say this was a hit.”

“We've had a few cats and when the last one died three years ago we decided we'd have no more pets for many reasons. However we have a 12 year old son who has nagged and nagged us for another cat saying his older siblings had cats throughout their whole childhood ... so we bought him the Perfect Pettzzz kitten ... our son absolutely ADORES 'Deirdre' !! Say no more.”

“A little disappointed if I'm honest. I ordered a kitten and a puppy for Christmas presents for my grandsons and, although they look very cute, they don't feel very lifelike. They are very solid and not very "cuddly". I haven't tried them with the battery in as there's no on/off switch which, again, is disappointing. I'll maybe update this review after Christmas once I see how by grandsons like them.”

With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.
