“The Perfect Petzzz Black and White kitten was for our granddaughter. She is absolutely delighted with it (in spite of having a real live ginger tom and a tortoiseshell female). She loves the purring, which is not too loud, and how it lies still on her bed. It was a purrfect Christmas present.”

“Really nice present for my dad with advanced altzeimers. Breathes and purrs. Reason for only 3 stars is there is no off switch, it runs permanently unless you remove battery, for which you need a screw driver”

“The fur feels real but it is quite hard and rigid. It would be nice if it moulded onto a lap more. The fact it purrs all the time without being able to switch off is quite annoying”

“Very cute looking kitty, lovely soft fur, not quite as flexible as i would like and it would be good if it had softer ears. The breathing/purring action is great and a lovely comfort. Perhaps incorporating a kind of bean bag element into the base of the cat, might give it a kind of weight and allow it to mould into the lap, like a real ca!.”

“Bought the black and white cat as it resembled a cat my Dad had many years ago, she was his favourite. The cat wasn’t as cuddly as I was expecting and the fact that a battery operated product does not have an off switch I found very odd and disappointing. However my Dad seemed fairly taken with the cat and if it does give him comfort then that’s what matters.”

“This is a lovely, very life like cat - arrives in a 'pet carrier' box with a bed and battery included for the breathing function. I purchased this for my grandfather who has alzheimers and used to have a cat like this - he absolutely loves it and sits with it on his lap. My grandmother (who does not have any form of dementia) also loves having this cat as they keep it by the fire in their flat which she says makes the place seem more homely & also reminds her of when they were able to have their cat (they cannot have pets in their flat). They both love this so much that I'm very glad I found it on AlzProducts!”
