“Looks lovely but much smaller than one I have had for ages. I can't comment on the breathing as it's a present and I will start it when my friend opens it. Also strange no on/off switch as in my earlier model. Don't like the idea of leaving it on all the time.”

“I bought this for my mum who is struggling to settle into her new nursing home. I thought it would help comfort her when she’s feeling lonely & sad. She absolutely loves it & constantly has ‘Harry’ as she’s named him on her lap for company. A perfect companion for anyone.”

“I bought this for my cat, he's been unhappy since his brother died so I thought this might work as a companion. He doesn't take a lot of notice of it but seems more content when it's put on the bed by him. It's breathing movement is quite realistic as is the sound. It would be better if there was an on/off switch.”

“Absolutely looks like a real cat with the added authenticity of the purring. My only complaint- an obvious one I am sure- is that there is no ‘on / off’ switch which is quite wasteful really even though the instructions say the battery will last for three months. My mother was a bit unsure about it as I gave it to her yesterday- hopefully she’ll get used to it”
