“Sweet small cat, for my 9 year old daughter who wants a cat but for various reasons, we can't get one. However, it has no off switch so the only way to stop it purring and breathing, is to remove the battery. I can't imagine how quickly the batteries would run out, as we don't turn it on - it would be too much!”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed that the kitten does not have an on/off switch. Unfortunately, none of the petzzz come with an on/off switch. The battery life on the Petzzz is approximately 3 months. We do have a 30 day returns policy so you are welcome to return the kitten for a refund. “Although the kitten looked very lifelike, I was really disappointed that the body was very hard. Perhaps if it was filled with polystyrene beads (or something similar) it would feel more tactile and cuddly.”

“I bought the black and white cat for my Mum's birthday as it is just like my little Mo who Mum loves very much. She was absolutely thrilled with her new cat "Fred" who she is already treating like a member of the family. We are hoping that her new little companion will help her to be less anxious and so far the little cat is certainly doing the trick. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend especially as the breathing is so realistic and a visitor to Mum thought it was in fact real”

“Bought this cat for my Godmother who is suffering from the early stages of dementia. As a child she had a cat and according to her it was just like this one, now named Tommy. Her carers reported that one morning the cat was on the front door step in the rain. So how about that for looking life like! Have to report no ill effects from its night on the tiles.”

“This was the second one of these pets I've given to my Mum. She has late stage dementia, still knows us but imagines a whole load of stuff bless her. She always had pets which is why I went for these. She knows they aren't real as such but her eyes lit up when she saw the kitten one and you could see how much pleasure it gave her to stroke it! Apparently there are others in the home though who like it too so it dissappears a lot! The bed they come with it makes it all the more life like. Would highly recommend.”
