“It’s super cute and visually effective but there are areas that are stiff with glue and the head and ear parts are quite hard and you can feel the parts that don’t overlap smoothly. The mechanism gives it a real lifelike quality and really brings up good memories of a sadly missed real pet. The one I ordered does sometimes make a clicking sound that detracts from the lifelike quality but pressing the body in a particular point usually resolves this. The only real concern I have is the lack of an on/off switch. This product is great in the day but disruptive in the night time.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed that the kitten does not have an on/off switch. Unfortunately, none of the petzzz come with an on/off switch. The battery life on the Petzzz is approximately 3 months. We do have a 30 day returns policy so you are welcome to return the kitten for a refund. Please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to get this booked into our system.

“I bought this as a Christmas present for my young niece, who loves cats. She fell instantly in love with it, calling it Hazel, and treating it as she would have a real cat. It is a lovely little thing in its basket, and the heartbeat is a nice realistic touch. My niece is a little highly-strung and this cat calms her down. “The cat is nice but I would recommend buying a different colour as it is difficult to see it 'breathing' when it is black. We bought a tabby one previously that it was very easy to see but this one, my elderly mother of 91 cannot actually tell that it is breathing whereas the tabby one, she can see straight away.”
