“Bought 2 as have two bathroom sinks one works fine other one still overflows. Could possibly be the sink but the plug hole is the same size. That’s the reason for only 3 stars.”

We've contacted our customer to try to resolve this issue with them. The cause of this is most likely one of the basins being a different size to the other one. The Magiplug operates using a pressure activated system and therefore if one basin holds a small amount of water then it may not trigger the Magiplug. This is quite rare that this happens and you can usually check if this will be the case by checking the estimated basin size in our product description.
