We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with the instructions included with this product. The manufacturer instructions can sometimes be complicated for wandering/alarm products, that's why we set-up the majority of our "kits" at AlzProducts before dispatch so there's no set-up required. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do this where products are being added to an existing/installed kit. We do offer easy set-up guides online for many of these products and also expert UK customer service support over the phone and by email.
