“The telephones I bought, in normal circumstances, were fine, however as both my parents have dementia they really coldnt use them. The main problem is that they were unable to put them back on their stands.”

“I recently purchased telephones for my mother who amongst other this has vision problems and is in her mid nineties. These were purchased without her being able to view the phone on the web site. Although the phones were more than satisfactory it was not suitable for her. Not only was Thomas Murray - the Managing Director of AlzProducts helpful during the purchase, he was very understanding when I explained that they were not suitable readily agreeing to take the telephones back giving me a refund of the purchase price. Additionally he kept me informed as to the receipt of the phones and the refund. Thanks for everything, not only would I recommend AlzProducts but also the telephones.”
