“By the time you pay postage this cost nearly £10! The seal is not great as it is quite flimsy and will probably break soon as it is difficult to secure the lid, very fiddly. I don’t consider this product value for money.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with the price of their order. Unfortunately when buying a single low-value item such as a mug, the price of the order can appear high due to the delivery charge being added to the order. The mugs, lids, and seals, are all very high quality and we haven't received any of these products back as faulty.
