“Sadly the product does not work with Sky Q which operates via bluetooth not infra-red remote. AlzProducts have been good to their word and offered a full refund for the product but I do feel that this could be made clearer: it lists Sky as compatible. In order to get maximum use out of Sky, the user still really needs to be able to browse through the guide so an up/down/left/right/OK button combo would be helpful. This might be too much for general design of this remote which has, I feel, been designed for older style systems.”

“This remote was very easy to set up and has made life much easier for my aging mother. She was having great difficulty with using 2 remotes. This remote is so simple with just the necessary large buttons to enable scrolling through the preset channel preferences of her favourite channels. On/off button clear and easy to use and the volume buttons also very clear. I fully recommend this product and wish I had discovered it sooner.”

“The Flipper is easy to program and use. Unfortunately I had to return it because it has no facility for selecting channels with PIN requirement. Also Sky channel info is only visible for 10 seconds which was not long enough for my mum to read. This facility cannot be changed on Sky settings. Disappointed having to return it, as the sky remote is very difficult for an older person.”
