“Excellent service and this Tv remote is easy to programme and even easier to use. Turns tv and sky box on and off in unison. Can programme just the channels you watch regularly so you don't have to scroll through endless channels. Only the essential buttons which are Nice and big and brightly coloured. Price was competitive too. Would recommend unreservedly.”

“I had a few problems setting up the Flipper which the hand book was not particularly helpful in finding a resolution. However, I sent an email off to AlzProducts and Thomas was able to define a strategy to handle my Father's YouView box from TalkTalk. Using the hide function on the talktalk box and the learn mode of the Flipper, everything was sorted.”

“I bought this for my husband who swears there is nothing wrong with him. I am the one with the problem he says. This TV remote is a godsend - I started to use it first and when he realised it wasn't the normal one, he wanted to know why I changed. Told him I found it easier to use than the normal one with all those stupid small numbers. He agreed and I have seen him using it a few times. He is still a bit wary but as he thinks its for me rather than him he feels as though it's a normal routine change. I try very hard not to make him feel different in anyway.”
