“Works really well and very simple to use. Only one thing is would say needs to be added is a "dismiss" button as Sky have made it that when you turn on the Sky Box it goes to a Home page and you have to press the dismiss button to get off this and into Full screen.”

“The flipper remote is a huge success. It comes with copious rather convoluted instructions but you just have to point the flipper at the existing handset and press a few buttons for it to learn as you wish. For my 103 yr mother who is blind and immobile I have simply programmed the big green 'on/off' button, in this way, to mute/unmute her TV so that she can hear phonecalls clearly. It is so simple that she can cope with it, and it is absolute magic! Thoroughly recommended.”
