“I received the product very promptly and when I had difficulty tuning the flipper to my mother's TV called. I received excellent help. The problem was due to the old obscure make of TV but your help quickly solved it. I have since purchased a new larger TV again called for help, but it was due to my lack of confidence that I called again. The reassurance allowed me to easily and quickly tune in the new TV. It is an excellent product and it is easy to tune even by a very non tech person like me. Mother is now able to change channels and is much happier. Thank you.”

“My mother would frequently hit the wrong buttons on the Sky handset and get stuck on an unavailable channel. Now, I have programmed the Flipper Hand Set to only go to five channels on Freesat. No more reboots to contend with. Heaven! No more call-outs. I have taped over the green on/off button on the Flipper to avoid my mother getting into standby, which is another problem. My mother has dementia and finds the Flipper very easy to use. I control the maximum volume by going into the hidden Hotel Mode on her Panasonic TV.”

I bought the 'flipper' which is a big button easy-to-use tv channnel changer - a briliant product and the instructions to set up were simple and there is even a youtube video to follow. “This item was bought for my mother in law who has the start of dementia. I had to look on the web for setting up the remote as notes with remote were not helpful. Once set up for her, unfortunately. as she enjoys sky sports. this remote doesn't help with selecting this. Her problem being pressing wrong buttons and losing sky signal. For people just watching bbc or itv it probably would benefit them. The other problem is she doesn't like change. as it worries her, so introducing a different type of remote is nearly impossible anyway unfortunately. as the concept of this one seemed ideal.”

The new remote control is easy for her to hold and it makes it so much easier for her to use and enjoy the television without worrying about pressing the wrong button by mistake. A super product”
