“I'm very impressed! I purchased the 'Flipper Big button remote control' for my mother who has problems with her sight .She had found it a chore using 2 remote controls for the T.V and Sky, she was experiencing difficulties with numbers and became confused with which did what! Having received the 'Flipper remote' it was easy to set up, there was easy to follow instructions there's also a video showing step to step instructions if you get stuck, how easy is this!, my mother now is in her glory being able to easily use the remote without asking anyone for help and not getting confused either! Brilliant!”

“I bought the Flippper big button remote control for my friend and neighbour. Her memory and grasp of understanding all but the basic of electronic controls is very limiting at times. I had no problems fixing it up and I am no whiz kid. The Flipper now means that I do not keep getting a call from my friend saying she can't get a TV picture with all of the frustration that entails. She is back in control and with the TV being very much part of her companion during the daytime her quality of life is much better. Thank you so much.”

“I was looking for a simple remote control so my Mother could change the channel on her TV without causing havoc. Before purchasing I e-mailed AlzProducts to see if the item I was considering would be compatible. I could not get that guarantee but was assured that I could return it with a full refund if it didn't work. It's not a cheap remote control so it gave me the confidence to make the order and give it a try. After it arrived I did have problems getting the remote to work but I e-mailed the company again and was given some other tips to try. It solved the problem and although Mum still needs some training the remote works just fine. I'm happy with the product and even happier with the customer service.”
