“Ok, the 3 star review is specifically for the setting up instructions in the enclosed leaflet. Some parts were not particularly clear regarding the adding of favourite channels , and one major code number for TV only set up was not included at all and is only to be found on the online support pages. After 3 attempts ( including YouTube videos , the support page and a factory reset ) I finally got channels entered . I would finally give it a 5star review when my Dad seemed to get the hang of the simple 5 buttons straight away.”

“Good product that is now being used by a person with dementia. Much easier to use as not now having problems pressing all the extra buttons that come with a modern smart TV remote. The only thing I would like to suggest is that the written instruction has the code 970 included for using the remote with a TV only. Had to use the videos to find this information, which are very good, but it would have saved a little bit of time if it was included in written instructions for TV only.”

“Really useful product. Simple, colourful and large buttons aid navigation. Simple to set favourite channels and subsequently edit them - though any you subsequently add get out to the bottom of the list, so best to finalise which channels you want to add to your favourites before doing so.”
