“Nice little unit. Easy set up and sound quality is good. Easy to use. However, be aware of one design problem. The unit sorts the music you load onto it by artist name. This means you cannot arrange a play list order as artist name in the file is not editable. Only the track name is. It will still be a great addition to my farther in laws life as he has dementia and is bed ridden. Just been informed by Tom that the music is played in the order it is copied across. So, tried it and it work just fine. So, copy each song one at a time and u can have an ordered play list.”

Changing the playing order is possible with the simple music player but it currently requires uploading the tracks in the order required. We've emailed our customer detailed instructions. “So easy to use; you do not have to be a computer expert. Drag and drop mp3 songs couldn’t be simpler. So easy to convert songs by using a free mp3 converter from the internet. Excellent sound quality and such a brilliant idea. My 93yr old dad with Dementia was overjoyed and was easily able to use the player independently after very minimal instruction. Being able to pre-set the volume was useful especially as Dad does tend to fiddle with switches. It was lovely to see Dad enjoying his music and being able to turn it on and off himself - he even cried when he heard Danny Boy. Thank you. I cannot recommend this item enough.”

“Excellent product. The music player was very easy to set up and is simplicity itself to use. My mother has Alzheimer's and finds it very difficult to use gadgets like remote controls. She found the music player with minimal controls very easy to use and can now enjoy listening to music whenever she wants without the need for additional assistance.”
