So simple to use and downloaded my mum's favourite tracks using Amazon Music. This is exactly what she needed as she would not remember how to use anything technical. The labels remind her to lift the flap to play and close it to stop. Glad we found this!

We bought this for a adult male with autism. As he has broken most of the music players we have bought over the years we did not expect this one to last either. That said, he just loves the player and it is still going strong. It is so simple for him to use, all he has to do is open the lid and the music begins. The simplicity of this product has ensured he does not become frustrated trying to work out what buttons to press and the fact that it is continuous music means he does not have to change disks. A total win win with this product.

It's very difficult to find audio and video devices for my brother with vascular dementia. This is a great solution for audio. He can use it easily. The device handles music and audiobooks. We have one device for music (MP3) and one for audio books (Audible, after running a conversion routine on a PC). You probably need a PC or Mac for transferring files to the device via USB. It may be possible from a phone but it's not immediately obvious from a Google search.

Mum absolutely loves this product. It was fairly easy to download songs and get rid of the pre loaded music. Despite her dementia she remembered this music player and how easy she could control it so every morning she has her music on.

My Mum was totally delighted with her new music player. I'll recommend it to other families at Mum's nursing home.

Brilliant product, so easy for my Mum to use especially as it comes with stickers for the buttons to make operating it even easier for her so no instructions to try to remember.
