“Lovely big buttons and big photos. Only criticism is that it's a bit lightweight and is easy to knock the phone off it's cradle, so the first time I've left mum alone with this phone, it's been off the hook for 24 hours, rendering her emergency alarm unusable. Shame as this is intended for elderly use, that it doesn't have a stronger hold on the cradle or an easier way for it to sit properly, so people know it's off the hook.”

“I purchased this telephone for my mum who has dementia and what a difference it has made already. My mum got she couldn't use her old phone due to the buttons being to small. It was nice just to see her smile when she pressed her friends picture on the phone and her friend answered and they started chatting.....You couldn't put a price on this. A.Quigley”

“Brilliant! Really easy clear instructions. My dad is now able to ring family when he needs to and the ringer is loud so he actually hears it ringing. As a family we’re all happier as he can now answer and make calls”

“My sister, with dementia, had become completely unable to make telephone calls. She would have to come out in the cold, dark or rain to find me if needed. I bought her a Doro 331ph phone and she can now phone me easily and, if I read out the number, she can actually dial using those lovely big numbers. It has given her back her confidence and independence. A brilliant piece of kit.”
