“This product has been very helpful. The bare minimum (but sufficient) of controls, large and clearly labelled. The stripping out of all unnecessary buttons prevents the user accidentally pressing a wrong button and disappearing into obscure menus that they have no idea how to return from, or even worse start inadvertantly interfering with the TV settings. Generally the programming is easy. Some older citizens find difficulty grasping the concept on normal remotes that the same red button switches a TV on AND off. The Handle Easy (HE) has separate on and off controls. The "carer" will be pleased to know that if the batteries go flat or are removed, the HE remembers the settings, no need to reprogramme. I would recommend this very useful product. My thoughts to anyone out there taking care of others.”

“Mum has Parkinson's Disease and has limited power in her hands and fingers. Got to the point where she couldn't press the tiny buttons on her TV remote control so couldn't access her TV herself at all. We were delighted to see she was able to operate the TV independently and so easily with this simple big button remote control.”

“Great product. Set up within a few minutes. Only problem was the on/off buttons but easily fixed by setting both buttons to do both functions. Only other improvement would be buttons numbered 1 to 4 to change channels. My mother who has Alzheimers has been able to use this remote control quickly and easily.”
