“After a reading the instructions, I set about tuning it in to my Aunts TV, I soon found out that there is a hard way and easy way to do this, unfortunately, I chose the hard way first then common sense kicked in, then it only took about 10 minutes to do everything. Very good product, woks well and idiot proof for the user and has a good range from her chair to the TV, highly recommended. and thank you for the prompt delivery. Steve Devaney”

“Very easy to order the TV remote for my mother, the item was delivered by Royal Mail the following morning. Excellent service. May I suggest to the makers that a mute button is added to the remote, but other than that it's an excellent device and very helpful for my mother.”

“The product is very good and easy to use. We got a TV engineer to tune the TV as my mother, with the original TV controller from the TV had too many buttons and she was confused when changing channels and managed to change the tuning, setting etc. With this product there is limited options, on/off, channels up/down, volume up /down, therefore tuning is not an option. At the moment because it is new she doesn't like it, however, it is better for us as we don't have to go in each day to help with tuning her TV. Also the TV engineer, liked it as he said customers with sight difficulties are always looking for easy to use controllers.”
