“I got this for my 97 year old father who was getting very confused with the myriad of small buttons on the controller of his Sony LCD Bravia TV. This remote works excellently. This remote control was easy to configure. I recommend that the user guide is read first thoroughly because there is some repitition in the configuration and so it's easy to go over the same info in the manual. You need the original remote control in order to program the HandleEasy. I was surprised that it only has 6 months warranty; most other electronic equipment usually comes with 12 months warranty.”

“The TV handset 'HandleEasy 321RC is absolutely SUPER for my father who has Alzheimers - he can actually get programmes on Sky - WITHOUT screwing up the TV in the living room. I have another en-route to my nephew for the bedroom TV in my fathers house. The Object Locator - DORO memory plus would be even better if there was a bleeper on the cradle so that there would be a 'reminder' to put the handset back. Wonderfull prompt service thank you.”

“The doro handle easy 321rc was bought for my mum which I helped set up for her. The instructions were not so easy to follow and could have been better explained as I did have to call the website and be talked through how to set it up. Once this was explained the remote worked perfectly well with the tv. Tom in customer care was very helpful and this was resolved easily. I do think the instructions though need to be addressed as I did not find them very straight forward to understand.”

“After a lot of research on-line this looked like the ideal controller for an elderly friend. In the manual it is quite clear that this controller allows the learning of 2 codes on each key; which was exactly what was required. A&D Products got mine to me by return - Excellent. Unhappily my efforts and then the efforts of A&DP only discovered that this function of learning two codes by 1 key only works on a limited, undisclosed number of tvs etc. So, as long as you DON'T this function - this is a great little piece of kit.”
