“As other reviewers have said, just spend a few minutes reading and fully understanding the few set-up instructions. Having done that, it was very quick and easy to tune to the existing remote and everything was up and working perfectly within 5 minutes. I don't know if I was lucky but I then found that it operated both TVs in the house. The person it was for, a 93 year old, grasped the use of it straight away and has had no problems since, whereas she simply couldn't see or understand the remote that came with the TV. Excellent product - thoroughly recommended.”

“The remote learned the signals from the TV remote quick and easy. It didn't learn the signals from the cable box where you switch between channels. The 321Rc is therefore useless for the purpose I aimed for, which was making things a bit easyer for my mother.”

“What a relief having the easy handle remote for my husband-I even use it myself sometimes--the buttons on the original are so small.Why do they need to make technical things so complicated.I was a little lazy though and got my grandson to programme it for us---he was so much quicker than I would have been. Thank you sooooo much and I 'm sure I will be sending for more products in future.I found your service fast and efficient and will recommend to friends.”

“Very good-perhaps letters for vol. and controls could have been larger (like" on and off" ). Our grandson set it up for my husband who has dementia and after first couple of days he was able to use it himself.Made my life easier --he stopped using the original remote which had so many small buttons he would keep loosing programmes and I would have to struggle to get the TV back to normal,not knowing which buttons he'd pressed!!Many thanks for your product.”
