“Great product which has given my mother back the ability to use her TV after dad passed away. He had sky (we have now cancelled) and remote was way too complicated for mum. Now she has free view and this remote and can enjoy her programmes again. I was so pleased when she told me she watched the film Mama Mia and enjoyed it! Have only given 4 stars though as I had to tape over the button that's not used as it confused her at first.”

“Remote itself is excellent BUT the instructions are AWFUL!! Please, please translate to non-technical language. No way could I interpret it, no dementia person could ever, and neither could I manage with those instructions. My husband is an engineer, he managed after some false starts. Just so not clear. Please change them.”

“excellent but for 1 thing. If your existing remotes can only select a channel with 3 digits it makes it impossible to set the 321RC to a default channel for when the users gets lost on the up and down buttons.”

“Purchased for my mother who like most of us was confused with all the buttons on the two remotes. With the extra instructions managed to set it up fairly easily. Only minor crib it that we still have to use the main TV remote to switch it on, then the HandleEasy can be used for all main functions.”

“Nothing short of a godsend. Easy to use and explain. Tuning with TV took less than 10 mins. It helps if you read the instructions properly first. I didn't otherwise it would have taken 5 mins. Delivery arrived bang on time. Thanks.”

“My mother was continuously getting in a muddle with the TV remote as her dementa progressed, to the point where she forgot how to use it and even when set up so it just needed a one button press, the wrong buttons would be pressed and all hell would break loose. This simple on/off + high/low volume + channel change remote has meant she can now use her TV again. So far so good anyway.”
