“The phone arrived promptly to the relief of my Dad. This is a great phone for someone whose motor skills are failing them as the handset is so easy to grip and the actual phone is so heavy compared to others that it doesn't lift off the surface and fall onto the floor when the handset is accidently pulled to its maximum length. Having just 4 preset numbers on show also prevents distant friends and the police being phoned at strange times of the night so I can well recommend it. The increased volume is also of great benefit as I don't have to shout at the top of my voice to have a conversation with my Dad. So once again thanks a lot for a great service.”

“What a relief, a telephone that does what it says on the box, lightweight receiver, volume control to ensure we can talk not shout at mum. No background dialling, because she doesn't hear you answer. Excellent product and very quick delivery.”
