“The phone has been really good for my mum as she was pressing wrong numbers including police and she was accidently breaking the special dial numbers that put her through to family therefore getting distressed as she couldn't contact people. This phone is brilliant and she cannot break the number so we are getting calls.”

“The simplicity is ideal. I covered up the top bit that lights up with "MemoryPlus Doro" because that would just be confusing. I might cover up the +15dB boost button if my mum starts asking about it. As the phone doesn't display the caller's name, my mum would have no way of screening nuisance calls, so I combined it with a TrueCall unit. If Doro reads this, it would be great to have other options, e.g. a cordless model, and/or a model that displays the caller's name. It would also be good if, like on a mobile phone, it worked whether the user dials the number (i.e. presses the photo button) before OR after lifting the handset. It has been tricky for my mum to understand that she needs to lift the handset, wait for dial tone, and THEN press the photo button. I can see a need one day for a hands-free phone where she does just ONE thing: press the photo button.”

“Looking for things to help my ageing mother with dementia, fab stuff on here. I bought this photo phone, the door sensor, and a purring kitten. Everything is perfect, just what I wanted. The items arrived very speedily and beautifully packaged, also I could track the the parcel if needs be. I will definitely be using this site in the future, thank you to all concerned.”

“I ordered the telephone with space for four photos and a cover plate for the numbers. The handset is nice and bulky and my mother places it back without leaving it off the hook, which often used to happen. It has good amplification adjustment too. I also thought it was a very good price and an excellent product for people with dementia. AlzProducts were efficient and the whole ordering and delivering process went smoothly. Thank You.”
